Cystic acne forms when sebum, dead cells, and bacteria become trapped deep within the follicle — beyond the reach of standard cleansers or toners alone. The Pore Purifying Mask is formulated specifically for that depth of congestion. Used consistently, it systematically clears the follicular buildup that drives the cystic acne cycle and makes every other product in your routine work better.

Why This Works: Ichthammol, the mask's primary active, is a sulfonated shale oil with powerful drawing and anti-inflammatory properties. It creates an osmotic effect that draws follicular contents toward the skin's surface — reducing impaction before it becomes an active, painful cyst. Chloroxylenol provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity within the follicle, suppressing bacterial proliferation at the source.

Who This Is For: Cystic and nodular acne, chronically congested pores and blackheads, and all skin types as a general pore maintenance tool. Especially recommended for deep, painful breakouts that are slow to surface.

The System: Use after cleansing, before Pore Purifying Toner. For cystic acne: use daily. For maintenance: 3–4 times per week. Included in Cystic Acne Kit.

How to Use: Apply all over face after cleansing, avoiding eye and mouth area. Allow to sit for 60 minutes — do not rinse early. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, pat dry. Follow immediately with Pore Purifying Toner.
