How to Use Your Essential System

AM:
TRUTH Bar → Hydrating Hyaluronic Serum → Extreme Suncare Gel

PM — Retinol Nights:
TRUTH Bar →  Hydrating Hyaluronic Serum → Renewing Retinol Serum → Moisturizer if needed  (not included)

If you're new to retinol, begin 2–3 evenings per week and gradually increase use as your skin adjusts.

Mask:
Use the Pore Purifying Mask as a separate treatment 1–2 times per week, based on your skin's needs. Follow with Hydrating Hyaluronic Serum.

And don't skip your morning sunscreen—particularly when using retinol.
